Face ID issue on your Phone?

Few Phones are strange because it sees the customer and tells them they are neither eligible nor can afford it using its facial recognition features.

Just leave the above message and come to a serious one. Checklist for you in case your phone has a Face ID issue.

Go to Phone Settings, tap Face ID and Passcode. Make sure that Face ID is already set up and that the features you're trying to use Face ID are turned on.

Check the additional Camera App already downloaded.

Remove mobile case, screen protector or something like that.

Make sure your finger or palm isn't covering the TrueDepth camera. Check the Camera Alert beside.

Face ID won't work if anything is covering your mouth and nose or different than earlier one including Mask used.

If you have used Glass / Specs, Sunglasses might be blocking the infrared light used by the TrueDepth camera.

Generally Face ID works in portrait and landscape orientation except old phones that work only with Portrait mode.

Another option is, Restart your Phone or Device and enter your passcode. Then try using Face ID again.

If your appearance changes over a time, you can set up an alternate appearance so Face ID still recognizes you.

Try Reset. Go to Settings, tap Face ID & Passcode, then tap Reset Face ID.

If you still face an issue, you can then approach the brand's customer service.
