Fundamento's Planked - Upskilling management platform for freshers and young graduates

An AI expert says, an Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity. Try Virtual Assistant on some devices as you like when you have enough time.

Upskilling management platform Fundamento has launched a new offering for freshers and young graduates called Planked.

Would you like to know what is it and how it helps fresher or fresh graduates? Read it.

Planked by Fundamento is a first-of-its-kind upskilling program that connects highly ambitious graduates with people-first startups that are raising the economic bar of the country.

The program is currently invite-only and being exclusively offered to top colleges across India. Currently, Planked by Fundamento already has over 500 students on their wait-list for their July cohort.

The course will enable students with fundamental behavioral skills that they require to succeed in their careers. One cohort will be on-boarded every month.

To begin with only 30 students will be inducted in each cohort. Since there are only a few seats to grab in the July cohort, each student will be thoroughly assessed and personally vetted before getting into the program.

Fundamento’s (formerly known as Skillr) founders, Ankit Durga and Megha Aggarwal have spent nearly a decade in the skilling space, and their vision for Fundamento is backed by industry leaders such as Binny Bansal (Flipkart), Kunal Shah (Cred), Amrish Rao (Pine Labs), and many more.

After spending the past year matching high-quality talent with over 300 marquee employers including leading startups such as Ultrahuman, Dineout, Paytm, Bharat Pe, Shyft and Leap Club, the team at Fundamento has deeply understood their needs.

Thus, their sub-brand Planked by Fundamento will work with new talent so that they achieve unparalleled success in their careers.
