Windows 10 or Windows 11 freezes randomly - Diagnose and Fix in 2 Ways

Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system in your PC, Computer or Laptop etc. freezing after a few minutes might be due to any scenarios like either hardware or software issues. 

Before going for various steps, try one of these two. Yes. The first one is to scan your system to know whether unidentified files might have been corrupted and need to be rectified. So, it has some steps given by the Microsoft Software provider. Like, scan it in the right way.

How to scan the system for Windows 10 or Windows 11 freezing randomly?

At the left side of the Computer Screen after started the Windows, click window for typing cmd, you would get 'Command Prompt' where you to to right click to get "Run as administrator" option to click, then another pop-up screen would come where you have to click on 'Yes' for further permission.



You would again get the command prompt as C:\WINDOWS\system32>

Here you need to type as sfc /scannow and then enter. The below screen-shot is showing it. Follow the same steps.


The system will begin to scan itself and it will take a few minutes. Once it is verified 100% then it will show the result of the issues solved. Like, Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them or similar issue messages etc.
